» Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. It is at the discretion of Complete Media Supplies if the product return will be accepted

» Defects found after the product has been used will be handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange, however you must contact us by e-mail or phone before taking any action.

» Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then discovered shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize the chance of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

» Product specifications are subject to be changed without further notice. If prices are increased by the manufacturer, and we are forced to charge you a higher price then mentioned on the site, you will get a notice first. You will be asked to send a confirmation on the acceptance of the new price before the order is processed.

» All in-stock items will be shipped within two business days after payment completed.

» If you feel that your order is incomplete/has items missing, please carefully read your invoice as your order may have been shipped in two or more shipments and may arrive on two different days or/and keep all the shipping material and contact us immediately.

» All sales are final. No refund or exchange.

» Once goods have left the premises of Complete Media Supplies, they will become the responsibility of the purchaser
